"First of all I would like to say that the accident forgiveness is very misleading to say the least. I’m not speaking from my own experience with this office but I’m going to speak up for my girlfriend because she won’t say anything about it but I’m gonna lay it all out on the table. My GF has been with State Farm for over 30 yrs without a single claim or speeding ticket and when her car rolled out of the yard into a tree her insurance went up 98% yes 98% that’s insane!!! Not to mention the accident forgiveness was no good because what they don’t tell you is if you change vehicles and start a new policy because the vehicle is new your time starts over so therefor the accident forgiveness is void!! WHAT?? Yes you heard me right! 30 yrs with State Farm and no help from this office what so ever. Secondly, she got a call today saying that her policy was about to expire due to non payment when the payment was made weeks ago but was applied to the wrong policy that isn’t even hers. She was told that the policy was going to expire because it would take a few days to fix the mistake made by Nathan Brains office!! WHAT??? Then asked if she would like to go ahead and pay the premium anyways!! WHAT??!! This has been the worst experience for my GF ever with an insurance issue so due to all of this she is leaving State Farm. I do not recommend this agent at all. I’m actually with State Farm with a different agent and even they’ve said that’s terrible customer service and that Nathan clearly doesn’t care about his clients the way he should! Very unprofessional in every aspect especially with the accident forgiveness."

"He moved to a bigger and better location! The same happened to me but someone took the notice off his door to a new relocation. He's really a good agent in bloom! Try not to take it personally. He sincerely wants to help and take care of his customers. We all have to start somewhere. It will all work out. I live in PTC but he really goes the extra mile."

"I had previously written a positive review of this insurance agency but I am withdrawing my positive review. Nathan Brain had an office that was convenient and local to me. He decided to close the doors and move into downtown Newnan and not even bother to notify his customers. I learned of my insurance agent's move by walking up and finding another name on the door. This is horribly unprofessional and I'm certain that he feels the move will serve him for the better. He certainly doesn't seem to care how he serves his customers. I am looking for another agent closer to my home to serve my needs. I no longer recommend Nathan Brain."
